Job Description
As a Senior Carer, you will deliver hands-on care while supporting newer carers, helping coordinate visits and acting as a point of contact for more complex care needs.
You will play a key role in ensuring care plans are followed consistently, escalating concerns where needed and helping maintain the standard of care clients and families rely on.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a home care or care assistant role
- Confidence supporting and mentoring less experienced carers
- Strong communication skills with clients, families and the wider team
- Right to work in the UK and a satisfactory DBS check
